APPSION app for iPhone and iPad

What is it?

APPSION is designed to support individuals and families identify, map and track aspirational goals while working with a Whanau Ora Navigator. The Navigator works with the Individual/ Whanau to complete the APPSION assessment and from the data entered provides a foundation of the whanau situation. Furthermore, the individual/ Whanau are able to create personal and whanau goals that will improve their family situation. The individual/ whanau will be empowered through achieving goals as they enter steps they have taken to reach their aspirations.

Design

Poutama – The Poutama design is a visual feature in APPSION. It symbolises the various levels of strength and achievement. This visual gives the worker a clearer picture of how they can assist whānau in their journey.

Vision – To support and empower whanau to take control of their situation and to create aspirations that will improve their situation.
